The Staff Login QR Code
First-Time Activation
On your first login, click the QR code once to activate it.
Usage
Team members (e.g., frontline staff or service reps) scan the QR code on their phones to begin collecting customer input.
Best Practice
Print the QR code and place it in a secure, staff-only area.
Offering Management
Clear, specific inputs lead to more useful review narratives. The system uses your listed items or services to generate detailed, context-rich reviews.
Manual Edits
Add or remove offerings at any time directly from the dashboard.
Bulk Upload
Upload your full list using a CSV file for auto-processing.
Credits & Recharging
Each credit equals one structured review generation.
Balance Tracking
Monitor your available credits in real time from the dashboard.
Recharging
Click 'Recharge Now' to buy more credits when running low.
Important
If your balance hits zero, the review collection flow will be temporarily blocked for your team.
Strategic Keyword Positioning
Guide the tone and themes of your review narratives to align with your brand identity.
Default Keywords
8 default keywords are provided (ambience, service, value for money, portion size, etc.) — all are editable. Total active keywords always remains at 8.
How It Works
Keywords are visible on the staff portal during review generation. The system weaves them naturally into review content, ensuring your brand values are highlighted subtly.
