User Guide
This guide helps equip staff to use CRUD Review as a tool — from input entry to getting the review published. It covers gathering input, recording information, generating QR codes, toggling multiple orders, and obtaining multiple reviews for an on-the-spot review experience.
Log In
Scan the Staff Login QR Code from the Admin Dashboard using your phone. This opens the staff portal — no password needed.
Start a New Customer Session
Enter a reference name or number for the interaction (e.g., table number, customer name) and proceed. This keeps sessions organized.
Use Conversation Cues
Review the conversation cues displayed on screen. These prompt you to initiate casual, engaging dialogue with customers — making it natural to gather feedback.
Capture Insights
Record key customer points in brief notes — full sentences are unnecessary. The system uses this information to craft natural, narrative reviews.
- You can toggle between multiple items or services for a single session
- Multiple insights can be captured to create a richer review
- Keep it brief — a few keywords are all the system needs
Generate Customer QR Code
Tap "Generate Review" after adding your inputs. A customer-facing QR code will be generated instantly — linked to a personalized review preview based on the captured insights. Show this QR to the customer to let them scan, paste, and post.
Validation Criteria
- Staff login successful via QR code
- Customer session created with an identifiable label
- Customer insights captured in the session
- Session closed and QR code successfully generated
